I’m a learner. I have thoroughly enjoyed and enjoying the learning experience, especially the experiential learning of numerous smart and bright executives I have met…meeting… over a cuppa coffee. Our moot point discussions on issues, news, and information have always been the much needed manure to think from outside the usual refractive nature of mind.
While I’m not a psychologist, I can tell you and you will accept that the decisions, opinions, perceptions and “feel” of interpretations are predominantly based on the processing power of an individual. To make it a bit more biological, let’s say, an individual’s brain. The extent to which it can process observed information by logging back into a huge repository of events, learning, and logic.. of course bias tends to offshoot into those “acts” of reaction – we call decision.
This entire process, carefully sanitized and structured becomes a powerful tool with more qualitative precision insights – intelligence – much needed towards defining tactical moves.
From a business organization perspective, the final outcome of those tactics cascade into the oft used…rather abused word.. STRATEGY
In this blog, I aim to share my thoughts that have been polished, nurtured, debated and refined by numerous smart colleagues as well as clients and friends.
My obsession and “pet” interest – “adaptive decision making” by organizations continues to keep my career interests tuned towards consulting. A profession where you get an advance hint of what’s coming, what is the shape of things that will change the way business works.
This space is purely to share opinions that are open for debate.
Inviting you all
Best regards
